Periodical Operation Analysis of BGL Gasifier in China Coal Tuke Project

简述了BGL气化工艺流程,阶段性总结了中煤图克项目BGL气化炉的运行情况,针对BGL气化装置在运行中易出现的气化炉搅拌器漏水、高压冷却水系统漏水、含尘焦油返炉造成布煤盘上部结焦等问题,进行了原因分析,并提出针对性的解决思路,以进一步提高BGL气化炉的运行周期。

The BGL gasification process flow was briefly described,and the operation of BGL gasifier of China Coal Tuke Project was summarized periodically.The causes of water leakage of gasifier agitator,water leakage of high-pressure cooling water system,and the coking of upper coal distributor caused by return of dusty tar in the operation of BGL gasification unit were analyzed.Finally,the targeted measures were put forward to further extend the operation cycle of BGL gasifier.
