摘要
针对新疆煤在气化过程中易造成炉壁超温、耐火砖侵蚀严重、气化炉堵渣等问题,对比分析了陕蒙气化煤、山东枣庄气化煤和新疆气化煤的灰成分、熔融特性、黏温特性,考察了新疆煤气化后的灰渣特点。结果表明,新疆气化煤灰黏度较小,流动性较强,使得气化过程中在耐火材料表面结渣较为致密,对耐火材料的侵蚀较严重;当温度变化时,黏度梯度变大,流动性出现巨大差异,从而导致反应器内结渣,发生排渣不畅、堵塞的现象。
In view of the problems of over-temperature of furnace wall,serious erosion of refractory brick and slag blockage of gasifier during the gasification of Xinjiang coal,the ash composition,melting characteristics and viscosity-temperature characteristics of Shaanxi-Inner Mongolia gasified coal,Shandong Zaozhuang gasified coal and Xinjiang gasified coal were compared and analyzed,and the ash characteristics of Xinjiang coal after gasification were investigated.The results showed that the ash of Xinjiang gasified coal had low viscosity and strong fluidity,which made the slagging on the refractory surface denser and the erosion of refractory more serious during the gasification.And when the temperature changed,the viscosity gradient increased and there was a huge difference in fluidity,which led to slagging in the reactor and blockage of slag discharge.
