摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清miR-126表达水平及意义。方法:2018年5月—2019年5月于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院接受剖宫产的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇35例作为观察组,随机选取同期行剖宫产的糖耐量正常孕妇35例作为对照组。两组均于术前24h内取空腹静脉血,检测血清微小核糖核酸-126(miR-126)水平,比较两组孕妇的血糖水平(空腹血糖、胰岛素以及糖化血红蛋白水平)、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平以及胰岛抵抗指数,Logistic回归分析方法分析导致妊娠期糖尿病孕妇发生胰岛抵抗的相关危险因素。结果:观察组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平以及糖化血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,其TC、TG、LDL-C亦高于对照组,HDL-C和miR-126水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);miR-126水平降低为导致妊娠期糖尿病孕妇出现胰岛素抵抗的独立危险因素。结论:妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血清miR-126表达水平明显较高,且该指标水平同胰岛素抵抗之间有密切关系。
Objective:To investigate the expression of serum microRNA-126(miR-126)and its significance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Thirty-five pregnant women with GDM who underwent cesarean section in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical University from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 35 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance served as the control group.Serum levels of miR-126 were measured in both groups,the levels of blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,insulin and glycated hemoglobin),serum lipids[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],and insulin resistance index were compared between the two groups.The risk factors of insulin resistance in pregnant women with GDM were analyzed.Results:The levels of fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin and glycated hemoglobin,TC,TG,LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C and miR-126 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The decreased level of miR-126 was an independent risk factor for insulin resistance in pregnant women with GDM.Conclusions:The level of serum miR-126 in GDM is obviously higher,and the level of miR-126 is closely related to insulin resistance.
