早期微量喂养联合妈咪爱促进早产儿生长发育的短期疗效分析

Analysis of Short-term Efficacy of Early Micro Feeding Combined with Mamiai to Promote Growth and Development of Premature Infants

目的:分析早期微量喂养联合妈咪爱促进早产儿生长发育的短期疗效。方法:选取2018年12月—2020年7月期间本院收治的早产儿70例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各35例。对照组给予常规喂养,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期微量喂养联合妈咪爱治疗,比较两组早产儿不同时间段的体重、身高、头围、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1 d,两组的体重、身高、头围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、14 d、28 d、3个月,观察组的体重、身高、头围均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期微量喂养联合妈咪爱在早产儿中的应用效果较好,可以有效促进生长发育,降低并发症的发生风险,提高用药安全性。

Objective:To explore the short-term effect of early micro feeding combined with Mamiai in promoting the growth and development of premature infants.Methods:70 cases of premature infants in our hospital from December 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional feeding,and the observation group was given early micro feeding combined with Mamiai treatment on the basis of the control group.The weight,height,head circumference,complications and adverse reactions of the two groups at different time periods were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in weight,height and head circumference between the two groups on the first day of treatment(P>0.05),After 7 days,14 days,28 days and 3 months of treatment,the weight,height and head circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of early micro feeding combined with Mamiai in preterm infants is better,which can effectively promote the growth and development,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the safety of medication.
