依达拉奉治疗重型颅脑外伤的效果及对GCS、mRS、ZBI评分的影响

Effect of Edaravone in the Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury and its Influence on GCS,mRS and ZBI Scores

目的:探讨依达拉奉治疗重型颅脑外伤的效果及对格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)、Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)评分的影响。方法:选取本院收治的82例重型颅脑外伤患者,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方案将其分成对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用依达拉奉治疗,比较两组的GCS、mRS、ZBI评分和疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的GCS评分为(10.24±1.35)分,高于对照组的(9.26±1.43)分,mRS评分为(0.86±0.29)分,ZBI评分为(18.07±6.24)分,分别低于对照组的(1.12±0.36)分、(29.56±8.27)分(P<0.05);观察组预后良好比例(90.24%)高于对照组(73.17%)(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉治疗重型颅脑外伤能够有效提高GCS评分,降低mRS、ZBI评分,改善患者神经功能,促进患者意识清醒,减轻照顾者负担,提升预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of edaravone in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury and its influence on the scores of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),modified Rankin Scale(mRS)and Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale(ZBI).Methods:82 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in our hospital were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with edaravone on this basis.The GCS,mRS,ZBI scores and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,GCS score of observation group was(10.24±1.35),which was higher than that of control group(9.26±1.43),mRS score was(0.86±0.29),ZBI score was(18.07±6.24),respectively,which were lower than those of control group(1.12±0.36)and(29.56±8.27)(P<0.05);the good prognosis rate of observation group(90.24%)was higher than that of control group(73.17%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone treatment of severe traumatic brain injury can effectively improve GCS score,reduce mRS,ZBI score,improve patient's neurological function,promote patient's consciousness,reduce caregiver's burden and improve prognosis.
