摘要
收集云南广南县的123个成熟蒜头果(Malania oleifera)种子,测定其单粒鲜重、纵径和横径,并观察其外观形态,采用K-均值聚类算法制定种子外观质量分级标准。结果表明,蒜头果种子外观质量可分为3个等级。一级种子单粒鲜重≥18.7 g,纵径>32.76 mm,横径>34.49 mm;二级种子单粒鲜重14.7~18.7 g,纵径29.71~32.76 mm,横径32.16~34.49 mm;三级种子单粒鲜重11.1~<14.7 g,纵径27.13~≤29.71 mm,横径29.21~≤32.16 mm。以蒜头果种子单粒鲜重为主要指标,横径和纵径为重要参考指标,初步制订了蒜头果种子外观质量分级标准,可为未来蒜头果种子质量标准体系的建立提供参考,并为其种子繁育和榨油提供科学依据。
To study appearance quality of Malania oleifera seeds and establish grading standards,123 ripe fresh M.oleifera seeds were collected from Guangnan county,Yunnan province.Fresh weight,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter were determined,and appearances were observed.Grading standard of seeds appearance quality was established by K-means cluster method.Results showed that appearance quality of M.oleifera seeds could be divided into three grades.Seed with single fresh weight≥18.7 g,longitudinal diameter>32.76 mm and transverse diameter>34.49 mm belonged to the first grade.Seed with fresh weight 14.7-18.7 g,longitudinal diameter 29.71-32.76 mm and transverse diameter 32.16-34.49 mm belonged to the second grade.Seed with fresh weight 11.1-<14.7 g,longitudinal diameter 27.13-≤29.71 mm and transverse diameter 29.21-≤32.16 mm belonged to the third grade.The single fresh weight was selected as the main index for classification.Longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter could be used as references.Grading standard of appearance quality of M.oleifera seeds had been initially established,which could provide reference for establishment of seed quality standard system of M.oleifera seeds in the future and provide scientific basis for seed breeding and oil extraction.
