工艺条件对马尾松防腐处理木材胶合性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用氨(胺)溶季铵铜处理马尾松(Pinus massoniana)木材,以间苯二酚-苯酚-甲醛树脂为胶黏剂制备胶合试样,采用正交试验研究预处理方法、胶合工艺和木材密度等工艺条件对马尾松防腐处理木材胶合性能的影响。结果表明,预处理方法对剪切强度和木破率均影响极显著,单位压力、涂胶量和加压时间对剪切强度影响较显著。优化工艺条件为脱脂-防腐-压刨预处理,单位压力1.3 MPa,涂胶量250 g/m^2,加压时间3 h。在580~700 kg/m^3范围内,木材密度对拉伸剪切强度影响不显著。建议在生产过程中重点控制木材表面质量,兼顾胶合性能、生产效率及成本。 Pinus massoniana wood was treated by alkaline copper quaternary(ACQ),and bonded with resorcinolphenol-formaldehyde resin to prepare glued joints.Effects of pretreatment method,bonding technology and wood density on bonding performance of glued joints were investigated by orthogonal experiment.Results showed that pretreatment method had extremely significant effect on shear strength and wood failure ratio.Unit pressure,glue spread and pressing time showed significant effect on shear strength.Preferred process conditions were pretreatment method of degreasing-preservative treatment-pressure slicing,unit pressure of 1.3 MPa,glue spread of 250 g/m^2,and pressing time of 3 h.Wood density within the range of 580-700 kg/m^3 had no significant influence on shear strength.During manufacture of glued products,surface quality of wood was recommended to be the key controlling factor,and bonding technology could be selected in consideration of bonding performance as well as production efficiency and cost.
