摘要
研究小拱棚、不同基质和不同插穗对三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum)扦插育苗的影响。结果表明,采用小拱棚育苗的扦插成活率、新梢长、生根数和根长均比无小拱棚处理高;专用基质扦插的各指标优于黄心土;2年生插穗扦插的各指标均优于1年和3年生插穗。浙西南地区三叶青扦插采用小拱棚+专用基质+2年生插穗为最佳组合。
Effects of small arch shed,different substrates and different seedlings on cuttage of Tetrastigma hems⁃leyanum were studied.Results showed that survival rate,shoot length,number of rooting and root length in treatment of small arch shed were higher than treatment of no shed.All indexes in treatment of special substrate were better than in treatment of yellow oil.All indexes in treatment of 2-year-old cuttings were better than in treatments of 1-year-old cuttings and 3-year-old cuttings.The conbination of small arch shed,special substrate and 2-year-old cuttings was the best.
