1,8-桉叶素型互叶白千层挥发性成分提取与分析 被引量:3

Extraction and Determination of Volatile Constituents of Melaleuca alternifoliaof 1,8-Cineole Type

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从1,8-桉叶素型互叶白千层中提取挥发油中的油相成分,用乙醚从蒸馏馏出液中萃取挥发油中的水溶性物质;利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对二者的化学成分进行定性分析,根据峰面积归一化法进行定量分析。结果表明,油相部分的得油率为2.66%(以鲜重计),确定了其中的26种成分,占油相成分总量的98.301%,其主要成分为1,8-桉叶素(68.290%,)、α-松油醇(9.980%)、苧烯(8.469%)、α-蒎烯(3.529%)、β-月桂烯(1.946%)和4-松油醇(1.416%)。水溶性成分得油率为0.0101%(以鲜重计),确定了其中的23种成分,占水相成分总量的97.205%,主要成分为1,8-桉叶素(45.363%)、α-松油醇(33.392%)、对二氧己环-2,3-二醇(13.465%)和4-松油醇(3.225%)。油相和水相中相同的组分有10个,其中3个主要的共同组分为1,8-桉叶素、α-松油醇和4-松油醇。 Oil fraction of volatile components in volatile oil of Melaleuca alternifolia of 1,8-cineole type was obtained through steam distillation.Water-siluble fraction in volatile oil was obtained from distillate by aether.Chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS and peak area normolization method.Results showed that oil yields in oil fraction and water-siluble fraction were 2.66%and 0.0101%(both on fresh weight basis),respectively.26 com⁃pounds were identified in oil fraction,which accounting for 98.301%of oil fraction.23 compounds were identified in water-siluble fraction,which accouting for 97.205%of water-siluble fraction.Major compounds in oil fraction were 1,8-cineole(68.290%),α-terpineol(9.980%),D-limonene(8.469%),α-pinene(3.529%),β-myrcene(1.946%)and 4-terpineol(1.416%).Major compounds in water-siluble fraction were 1,8-cineole(45.363%),α-terpineol(33.392%),p-dioxane-2,3-diol(13.465%)and 4-terpineol(3.225%).There were 10 same compounds,including three major compounds of 1,8-cineole,α-terpineol and 4-terpineol.
