研发投入、知识产权保护与产业结构合理化

R&D Investment,Intellectual Property Protection and Rationalization of Industrial Structure

知识产权保护制度驱动下的科研创新投入是产业转型提质增效的必经之路。本文基于中国30个省(市)2006—2016年的面板数据,构建邻接距离权重和经济距离权重,运用空间杜宾模型考察研发投入、知识产权保护对产业结构合理化的空间效应,在此基础上,进一步探讨知识产权保护在其中的非线性调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)各地区产业结构合理化呈现显著空间集聚效应。(2)研发投入、知识产权保护通过空间溢出效应分别抑制产业结构合理化,而研发投入与知识产权保护的交互项反而促进了产业结构合理化。(3)研发投入受知识产权保护水平的调节作用,随着知识产权保护跨越不同门槛,研发投入对产业结构合理化的正向促进作用愈发明显。

Research and innovation investment driven by intellectual property protection system is the only way to improve the quality and efficiency of industrial transformation.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(cities)in China from 2006 to 2016,this paper constructed the adjacent distance weight and economic distance weight,and investigated the spatial effect of R&D investment and intellectual property protection on the rationalization of industrial structure by using the spatial Dubin model.It further analyzed the non-linear regulatory role intellectual property protection played in it.The results showed that(1)the rationalization of regional industrial structure presents a significant spatial agglomeration effect.(2)R&D investment and intellectual property protection restrain the rationalization of industrial structure through the spatial spillover effect,while the interaction between R&D investment and intellectual property protection promotes the rationalization of industrial structure.(3)R&D investment is regulated by the level of intellectual property protection.With the protection of intellectual property across different thresholds,the positive role of R&D investment in promoting the rationalization of industrial structure becomes even more obvious.
