Research on the High-quality Development Path of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform

在解读国家职业教育改革实施方案和分析高职院校面临的机遇、挑战的基础上,聚焦培育院校核心竞争力、建设基于工匠精神的质量文化、打造高质量师资队伍、提升国际化办学水平、深化产教融合校企合作内涵、创新人才培养工作模式等六个方面,提出高职院校高质量发展路径。

Based on the decoding of the implementation plan of the national vocational education reform and the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the high-quality development path of higher vocational colleges from six aspects,which are cultivating the core competitiveness of colleges,building quality culture based on craftsman spirit,building a high quality teaching staff,raising the internationalization level of education,deepening the connotation of school enterprise cooperation in the integration of industry and education,innovating the working mode of talent training.
