“一带一路”视域下英国IMI职业资格证书认证体系的本土化改造——以宁波市职业技术教育中心学校汽修专业为例

摘要 为积极响应国家"一带一路"的倡议,宁波作为教育部首个教育国际合作与交流改革试验区,更应该发挥教育的基础性、先导性作用。宁波市职业技术教育中心学校汽修专业在引入英国IMI职业资格认证体系的过程中,面临不适应的问题,表现为:以学生能力为本位的英国IMI认证体系与传统的考证体系、基于典型工作任务的考核与传统的教学模块存在很大差异;英国IMI职业资格证书认证标准与本土企业人才标准不兼容;建设一支与引入英国IMI职业资格认证体系相适应的专业教师队伍尚缺乏有效的路径;本土化改造缺少可以借鉴的经验。针对以上问题,需要对英国IMI职业资格认证体系进行本土化设计与改造,构建基于能力本位与岗位技能的汽修课程体系,制定"一体化、标准化、规模化"的学生职业素养标准,创新基于典型任务的过程性技能教学模式与多元评价机制,建设一支具有国际视野、综合技能水平过硬的专兼职师资队伍。 In order to actively respond to the national"The Belt and Road"initiative,Ningbo,as the first educational international cooperation and exchange reform pilot zone of the Ministry of Education,should play a basic and pioneering role in education.In the process of introducing the British IMI vocational qualification certification system,the automobile repair major of Ningbo Vocational and Technical Education Center is confronted with some problems as follows:the British IMI certification system based on students’ability is quite different from the traditional certificate system,and the assessment based on typical work tasks is quite different from the traditional teaching module;British IMI professional qualification certification standards are not compatible with local enterprise talent standards;there is still no effective way to build a team of professional teachers suitable for the introduction of British IMI vocational qualification certification system.The localization reform lacks the experience which can draw lessons from.To solve these problems,it is a need to have the British IMI occupational qualification certification system localized and renovated,construct mechanics course system based on ability standard and job skills,and make"integration,standardization,scale"standard of students’professional quality,create multivariate evaluation mechanism based on the typical tasks procedural skills teaching model,build a full-time and part-time teaching team with international vision and superior comprehensive skills.
