摘要 教育改革进行了一轮又一轮,"学会学习"的理念被提出后也迅速成为教育研究的热点。作为完成基础教育与进入高等教育或步入社会之间的衔接阶段,高中是个体学会自主学习的重要时期。从实践来看,高中生存在对自主学习及其策略重要性的认识不足、掌握不足、应用不足、自我调节能力不足等问题。从影响高中生自主学习的内部和外部因素出发,可以从高中生、学校、家庭三个方面给出策略建议,将策略精准表述为某些具体行为,提高策略的可操作性,为提升高中生自主学习状况提供一些参考。 Educational reform has been carried out round after round,and the concept of"learning to learn"has quickly become a hot spot in education research after being put forward.As a link between basic education and higher education,high school is an important period for individuals to learn to learn independently.From a practical point of view,high school survival is faced with problems such as insufficient understanding of the importance of autonomous learning and its strategies,insufficient mastery,insufficient application,and insufficient self-regulation ability.Starting from the internal and external factors that affect the self-regulated learning of high school students,strategic suggestions can be given from three aspects of high school students,schools,and families.Strategies can be accurately expressed as certain specific behaviors to improve the operability of strategies and provide some useful references for improving the self-learning status of high school students.
