学前教育专业教师“课证融合”培养模式探索——以宁波幼儿师范高等专科学校为例 被引量:5

摘要 提高学前教育质量的关键在于高素质的教师,而高素质的教师依赖于高质量的学前教师教育。随着1+X证书制度试点工作的推进,学前教育专业教师"课证融合"培养模式逐渐显现出课证"互嵌互生"、课程体系分层分类与政校园企协同育人的内涵。该模式的实践价值在于回答教育的首要问题、突破深度产教融合的瓶颈与提供学训结合的培养范式。深化教师教材教法改革,建立校—园—行深度融合机制,设计资历互通互认框架体系,成为"课证融合"培养模式的实施路径。 The key to the improvement of preschool education quality lies in high-quality teachers,and high-quality teachers depend on high-quality preschool teacher education.With the promotion of the pilot work of 1+X certificate system,the talent training mode of integration of course and certificate of preschool education majors gradually shows the connotation of course and certificate,stratified classification of curriculum system and cooperation between government,campus,and enterprises.The practice value of the model lies in solving the primary problems of education,breaking through the bottleneck of depth fusion education,and providing cultivation mode of combination with the learning and training.It also lies in deepening the reform of teachers training,teaching materials and teaching methods,establishing the school-garden-industry depth fusion mechanism,and designing the framework system of mutual recognition of qualifications,in order to form the implementation path of the"integration of curriculum and certificate"training mode.
