数字经济助推我国经济高质量发展的作用机制研究——基于区域异质性视角的分析

Research on the Mechanism of Digital Economy Promoting High-quality Development——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Regional Heterogeneity

大力发展数字经济,推动经济转型和高质量发展,是我国新时代背景下的重要战略选择。本文选取我国2010-2018年省级面板数据,运用交互效应和门槛效应面板数据模型,实证检验数字经济助推我国经济高质量发展的影响效果和作用机制。研究结果发现:数字经济有助于我国经济的高质量发展,但存在区域上的异质性,西部地区影响最大,中部最小;从作用机制和约束机制看,数字经济、产业结构和创新能力的相互匹配和融合共同提升经济的发展质量;与此同时,在数字经济影响经济发展质量的过程中,存在显著的环境规制和城市化门槛效应。基于此,建议应大力推动我国的数字经济建设,加强数字经济对传统产业的改造升级,提升创新能力,优化产业结构,加快城市化进程。

Vigorously developing the digital economy,promoting economic transformation and high-quality development are important strategic choices under the background of China's new era.This paper selects China's 2010-2018 provincial panel data and uses the interaction effect and threshold effect panel data model to empirically test the impact and mechanism of the digital economy in boosting the high-quality development of China's economy.The results of the study found that the digital economy contributes to the high-quality development of China's economy,but there is regional heterogeneity.The western region has the greatest influence and the central region has the smallest;from the perspective of the mechanism of action and restriction,the digital economy,industrial structure and innovation capabilities Mutual matching and integration jointly improve the quality of economic development;at the same time,when the digital economy affects the quality of economic development,there are significant environmental regulations and urbanization threshold effects.Based on this,it is recommended that China's digital economy should be vigorously promoted,the digital economy's transformation and upgrading of traditional industries should be strengthened,innovation capabilities should be improved,industrial structure optimized,and urbanization should be accelerated.
