Along with rapid social development,people’s living standards have gradually improved,and people pay more and more attention to food safety problems.In terms of fruits and vegetables agricultural products,it is people’s daily needs,can provide the corresponding nutrition for the human body.Before the fruits and vegetables agricultural products enter the market,it is necessary to use rapid detection technology to detect the quality of fruits and vegetables agricultural products.The rapid detection technology not only has good application effect,but also has a fast speed.Therefore,it has been widely used in the detection of fruits and vegetables agricultural products.In order to play the role of rapid detection technology,this paper analyzed the application status of the technology in fruit and vegetable detection,discussed the common rapid detection technology and analyzed the main problems and solutions in the current rapid detection of agricultural products,so as to optimize the detection process and detection system.
