孙氏腹针治疗失眠伴焦虑状态临床研究

Clinical Study of SUN's Abdominal Acupuncture in Treating Insomnia with Anxiety

目的:观察孙氏腹针一区、八区治疗失眠伴焦虑状态的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例患者按照1∶1随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。其中治疗组针刺孙氏腹一区、腹八区,对照组常规针刺治疗,每天针灸1次,10 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及失眠严重程度量表(ISI)进行睡眠质量评估,以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行焦虑程度评估,最终以PSQI减分率计算临床总有效率。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.0%(27/30)及76.7%(23/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组PSQI量表、ISI量表及HAMA量表评分进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组PSQI量表、ISI量表及HAMA量表差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:孙氏腹针一区、八区对失眠并见焦虑状态有显著疗效,对于患者的睡眠质量以及焦虑程度有明显的改善作用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of needling SUN's abdominal acupuncture zone I and zone VIII in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was intervened by needling SUN's abdominal acupuncture zone I and zone VIII,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 20 days of intervention,sleep quality was evaluated by the scores of PSQI and ISI,anxiety degree was assessed by the score of HAMA in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was calculated by the reduction rate of PSQI.Results:The total effective rate was 90.0%(27/30)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 76.7%(23/30)in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the scores of PSQI,ISI and HAMA,there were statistical differences between before and after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);there were also statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Needling SUN's acupuncture zone I and zone VIII has a significant effect on insomnia with anxiety,which can significantly improve sleep quality and anxiety degree of the patients.
