单纯毫针针刺治疗鼻鼽的选穴规律研究

Acupoint Selection Laws of Simple Filiform Needling in Treating Biqiu

目的:探讨在现代临床研究中运用单纯毫针针刺治疗鼻鼽的选穴规律。方法:通过计算机检索1987年1月—2019年9月中文数据库CNKI、万方、维普中单纯毫针针刺治疗鼻鼽的相关文献,归纳分析选穴规律。结果:共纳入合格文献71篇,包含51个腧穴,共使用541次,经络主要以手阳明大肠经(25.69%)和足太阳膀胱经(21.07%)为主;选穴部位以头面部(47.13%)为主;常用穴位依次为迎香(72,13.31%)、合谷(51,9.43%)、印堂(47,8.69%)、足三里(40,7.39%)、肺俞(36,6.65%)、风池(24,4.44%)、大椎(24,4.44%)、肾俞(22,4.07%)、上迎香(20,3.07%)和上星(17,3.14%)。结论:局部穴位是单纯毫针针刺治疗鼻鼽的主要选穴,同时应重视表里经相互配合及阳经腧穴的应用。

Objective:To explore the rule of acupoint selection in modern clinical research of simple filiform needling in the treatment of Biqiu,also known as allergic rhinitis.Methods:The relevant literatures of simple filiform needling in treating Biqiu were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and WIP from January 1987 to September 2019,and the laws of the acupoint selection were analyzed.Results:71 qualified articles were included,involving 51 acupoints,which were used for 541 times.The meridians and collaterals were mainly the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming(25.69%)and the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(21.07%).The acupoints selected were mainly located in head and face(47.13%).The mostly used acupoints were Yingxiang(72,13.31%),Hegu(51,9.43%),Yintang(47,8.69%),Zusanli(40,7.39%),Feishu(36,6.65%),Fengchi(24,4.44%),Dazhui(24,4.44%),Shenshu(22,4.07%),Shangyingxiang(20,3.07%)and Shangxing(17,3.14%).Conclusion:Local points are mainly selected in the treatment of Biqiu by simple filiform needling,and attention should be paid to the cooperation of exterior and interior meridians and the application of the acupoints from Yang meridians.
