摘要
对10 kV线路升级为20 kV线路过程中的绝缘问题进行了研究,对电杆、横担、绝缘子、最小距离、导线、金具等进行了绝缘评估,确认可以直接沿用和不可以直接沿用的线路设施。对于无法直接沿用的线路设施,提出应用灌注型绝缘护罩和绝缘层加厚机器人进行绝缘等级提升,进而满足20 kV线路的绝缘要求。
The insulation issue in the process of upgrading 10 kV line to 20 kV line was studied,and insulation assessments were conducted on the pole,crossarm,insulator,minimum distance,wire,fitting,etc.to confirm the line facilities that could and could not be directly used.For the line facilities that could not be directly used,it was proposed to use the perfusion type insulation shield and the insulation layer thickening robot to improve the insulation level to meet the insulation requirement of the 20 kV line.
