基于舒适性目标下军休所冬季室内热环境优化研究

Study of Indoor Thermal Environment Optimization of the Sanatorium for Retired Military Cadres under Comfort Target

对天津市军休所中四户典型住宅的冬季室内热环境进行实测调研与问卷调查研究,结果表明:天津市军休所冬季室内热环境舒适性现状不理想,窗墙比较大、围护结构保温能力较差导致室内热损失严重;卧室内相对湿度较低;冬季实测热中性温度为22.8℃,离退休干部可接受温度范围为20.4~25.7℃.针对军休所冬季室内热环境舒适性现状,笔者从围护结构、室内增湿与通风等方面提出优化措施,并运用Ecotect Analysis进行模拟验证,为军休所室内热环境舒适性的优化提供了实践经验与理论依据.

In this study,the indoor thermal environment of four typical residential buildings in the Sanatorium for Retired Military Cadres in winter was investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the indoor thermal environment comfort of the Sanatorium for Retired Military Cadres in winter is not satisfactory.The indoor heat loss is serious due to the large window wall and poor insulation capacity of the enclosure structure,and the indoor relative humidity of the bedroom is low.In winter,the measured thermal neutral temperature is 22.8℃,and the acceptable temperature range for retired cadres is 20.4~25.7℃.In the view of the present situation of indoor thermal environment comfort in military retreats in winter,this paper puts forward the optimization measures from the aspects of windows,enclosure structure,indoor humidification and ventilation.
