长治医学院附属和平医院是一所具有悠久历史和光荣革命传统的红色医院。由于受限于所处地域经济社会发展水平等因素,优质医疗资源较为缺乏,而患者高水平就医需求则不断提高。如何在新时代健康中国战略实施进程中继承和发扬红色传统,如何充分发挥党建引领作用,在医院内涵建设、学科发展、人才培养、服务患者中创新发展,医院做出了积极探索,走出一条红色引领医院发展的新路。

Heping Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College is a hospital with a long history and glorious revolutionary tradition.Due to factors such as the level of economic and social development in the region,patients’high level of medical needs cannot be met.Therefore,in the new era,it is crucial to inherit and carry forward the red tradition in the process of implementing the Healthy China Initiative and to give full play to the leading role of party building.For the high-quality development of the hospital’s connotation construction,discipline development,talent training and service to patients,the hospital has made active explorations and found a new way of inheriting the red gene innovation and development.
