牛膝多糖对猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪的猪瘟抗体效价及血常规指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides on antibody titer and blood routine indexes of swine fever vaccine in vaccine-vaccinated piglets

摘要 旨在研究牛膝多糖(ABP)对猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪猪瘟抗体效价及血常规指标的影响。选用25日龄健康杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。28日龄时,仔猪颈部肌肉注射猪瘟疫苗1.0 mL。仔猪免疫前3 d和免疫后3 d,3个试验组分别灌胃高(ABPH)、中(ABPM)、低(ABPL)剂量牛膝多糖(5000,3000,1000 mg/头^-1·d^-1),对照组(C)灌胃双蒸水。各组分别于免疫后0,7,14,21,28 d随机抽取5头仔猪采血,测定猪瘟抗体效价和血常规指标。结果显示:免疫后7,14,21 d,添加ABP的试验组抗体效价显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中AB-PM的抗体效价最高;免疫后14,21 d,ABPH、ABPM组白细胞数显著高于C组和ABPL组(P<0.05),且ABPH、ABPM组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);免疫后28 d,ABPM组的白细胞数量显著高于C、ABPH、ABPL组(P<0.05);免疫后7 d,ABPH组的淋巴细胞比例显著高于ABPL、C组(P<0.05),ABPH组与ABPM组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中ABPH组的淋巴细胞比例最高;免疫后14,21 d,ABPH、ABPL组显著高于C组(P<0.05),ABPH、AB-PL组与ABPM组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),其中ABPL组的淋巴细胞比例最高。结果表明,牛膝多糖能提高猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪的抗体效价,提高其血清白细胞数和淋巴细胞比例,进而增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果,其中每头3000 mg/d的剂量效果最佳。 The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide(ABP)on the antibody titer and blood routine parameters of piglets vaccinated with classical swine fever vaccine.Forty healthy ternary cross weaned piglets aged 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 heads in each group.At 28 days of age,piglets were injected intramuscularly with 1.0 mL of swine fever vaccine.Three days before and three days after immunization,three test groups were intragastrically administered with high(ABPH),medium(ABPM),low(ABPL)doses of ABP(5000,3000,1000 mg·head^-1·day^-1),respectively,and the control group was ga-vaged with double distilled water.At 0,7,14,21 and 28 days after immunization,5 piglets in each group were randomly selected for blood sampling to determine the antibody titer and blood routine indicators of swine fever.The results showed that:On the 7th,14th and 21st day after immunization,the antibody titer of the experimental group gavaged with ABP was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the antibody titer of ABPM was the highest;On the 14th and 21st day after immunization,the number of white blood cells in ABPH and ABPM groups was significantly higher than that of the control group and ABPL group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between ABPH and ABPM groups(P<0.05),on the 28th day after immunization,the number of white blood cells in ABPM group was significantly higher than that of the control,ABPH and ABPL group(P<0.05);On the 7th day after immunization,the proportion of lymphocytes in ABPH group was significantly higher than that in the ABPL and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between ABPH group and ABPM group(P<0.05),and the proportion of lymphocytes in ABPH group was the highest.On days 14 and 21 after immunization,the proportion of lymphocytes in ABPH and ABPL groups were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the ABPH,ABPL and ABPM groups(P<0.05),and the proportion of lymphocytes in the ABPL group was the highest.ABP can increase the antibody titer,serum leukocyte count and lymphocyte ratio of piglets immunized with swine fever vaccine,thus enhancing the immune effect of swine fever vaccine,with the dose of 3000 mg·head^-1·day^-1 having the best effect.
