Effects of different exercise on blood-gas indexes in Yili horse

摘要 为探讨不同运动对伊犁马血气指标的影响,试验选取伊犁马母马31匹,其中参加1 km速步赛9匹,参加1 km速度赛12匹,参加12 km速度赛10匹,分别组织测试赛,在测试赛前和测试赛后即刻采集静脉血液样本,通过iSTAT血气分析仪测定马匹血气指标。结果显示:1 km速步赛后即刻伊犁马颈静脉血中pH值和剩余碱浓度极显著低于运动前(P<0.01),HCO3^-浓度和TCO2显著低于运动前(P<0.05),Hct和Hb浓度显著高于运动前(P<0.05);1 km速度赛后即刻伊犁马颈静脉血中pH值、HCO3^-、剩余碱、Ca^2+浓度、PCO2和TCO2均极显著低于运动前(P<0.01),PO2、Hct、Glu和Hb浓度极显著高于运动前(P<0.01);12 km速度赛后即刻伊犁马颈静脉血中HCO3^-和剩余碱、Ca^2+浓度、PCO2和TCO2均极显著低于运动前(P<0.01),Hct和Glu浓度均极显著高于运动前(P<0.01)。由此可见,应加强对运动马的调教训练,提高马匹的运动适应性,降低马匹运动过程中机体损伤风险,提高马匹运动性能。 To explore the influence of different sports on the blood gas indicators of Yili horses,31 Yili mares were selected in the experiment,including 9 mares for 1 km trotter,12 mares for 1 km racing and 10 mares for 12 km racing.Test races were organized,venous blood samples were collected before and immediately after the test,blood-gas indicators of horses were measured by iSTAT blood gas analyzer.The results showed that immediately after the 1 km trotter,the pH value and the residual alkali concentration in the jugular venous blood were significantly lower than those before test(P<0.01),the concentration of HCO3 and TCO2 were significantly lower than those before test(P<0.05),the concentration of Hct and Hb were significantly higher than those before test(P<0.05);Immediately after the 1 km racing,the pH value,HCO3^-,residual alkali concentration,Ca2+ concentration,PCO2 and TCO2 in the jugular venous blood of Yili horse were significantly lower than those before test(P<0.01),and the concentrations of Hct,Glu,Hb and PO2 were significantly higher than those before test(P<0.01);Immediately after the 12 km racing,the concentrations of HCO3^- and residual alkali,Ca^2+,PCO2 and TCO2 in the jugular venous blood of Yili horse were significantly lower than those before the exercise(P<0.01),while the concentrations of Hct and Glu were significantly higher than those before the exercise(P<0.01).Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training of the athletic horse,improve the exer-cise adaptability of the horse,reduce the risk of body injury in the course of the exercise,and improve the performance of the horse.
