摘要
分别以直径为2.6 mm、2.8 mm的钨球和边长3 mm的钨块为研究对象,设计了钨破片对警用防弹衣的毁伤试验,得出了各小尺寸破片对Ⅲ级警用防弹衣的弹道极限。通过数值模拟,在战斗部结构、尺寸不变的条件下,改变预制破片的类型,对40 mm多功能战斗部进行仿真计算。分析了不同小尺寸破片战斗部起爆后,破片空间分布以及在8 m处松木的上靶情况和速度衰减情况。研究结果对单兵防护和小口径反步兵武器的研制具有指导作用。
The ballistic gun test was designed with the tungsten balls with diameter of 2.6 mm and 2.8 mm and the tungsten blocks with side length of 3 mm as the research objects,and the ballistic limit of each small-size fragment to class III police bulletproof vest was obtained.Through the numerical simulation,under the condition that the size and structure of the warhead remain unchanged,only the type of the prefabricated fragment was changed,and the simulation calculation of the 40 mm multifunctional warhead was carried out.The spacial distribution of fragments after initiation of warheads with different small size fragments,the situation of Pine’s upper target and velocity attenuation at 8 m were compared.The results of this study can be used to guide the development of individual protection and small caliber anti infantry weapons.
