摘要
针对战时城市电力网络防护的需求,提出了一种新的电力网络站点重要度综合评估方法。基于复杂网络理论进一步考虑电力潮流性能,采用符合电力系统功能特性的效能指标评估城市电力网络站点的系统价值,同时采用层次分析法评估站点自身价值。综合站点自身价值与系统价值两个方面,使重要度评估结果更加全面准确。以IEEE30节点电力网络为例,对各站点重要度进行综合评估。结果表明:发电厂作为网络中能量供应源泉,重要度综合评估值较高;变电站则主要起联络作用,重要度评估值相对较低。
Aiming at the demands of urban power network protection during wartime,this paper proposed a new comprehensive evaluation method for the importance of power network stations.Based on the complex network theory,the power flow performance was further considered,and the performance indicator that meet the functional characteristics of the power system were used to evaluate the system value of the urban power network station.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluated the station’s own value.Integrating the two aspects of the station’s own value and the system value makes the evaluation results of importance more comprehensive and accurate.Taking the IEEE 30-node power network as an example to comprehensively evaluate the importance of each station.The power plant is the energy supply source in the network,and the comprehensive evaluation value of the importance is high.While the substation mainly plays the role of liaison,the evaluation value of the importance is relatively low.
