摘要
介绍了国防科研机构在构建机构知识库时应该尽量避免产生“信息孤岛”和资源浪费,分析了国防科研机构构建机构知识库应用关联数据的可行性和实现流程,介绍了依据关联数据的四项基本原则构建国防科研机构知识库应用框架的基本思路及关键技术。以此为基础,进一步阐述了基于关联数据的国防科研机构知识库构建和服务模式,给出了系统结构。为我国国防科研机构知识库的建设和服务提供新的思路。
In the construction of institutional repository,national defense research institutions are prone to two problems:"information island"and information resource waste.The paper analyzes the feasibility and implementing flow of the application of the linked data in the institutional repository of national defense research institutions,and introduces the basic ideas and key technologies of constructing the application framework of institutional repository of national defense research institutions based on the four basic principles of the linked data.Based on this,the paper further discusses the construction and service mode of the institution repository of national defense research institutions based on linked data,and gives the system structure.The paper provides new ideas for the construction and service of the institutional repository of national defense research institutions.
