新型高效一体式阻火呼吸阀及紧急泄压阀在炼化企业储罐区VOCs治理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 传统的分体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压阀结构不合理,本质不安全,泄漏量大,不能满足日益严格的安全和环保要求。介绍了一种新型高效的一体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压阀,其结构合理,本质安全,密封性能高,可满足国际和国内现行最严格的环保标准。新型高效一体式阻火呼吸阀和紧急泄压阀在储罐区的实际应用收到了良好效果,能够大幅减少储罐区VOCs排放,同时节省大量氮封气。 The traditional split fire-resistance breathing valve and emergency pressure relief valve are unreasonable in structure,inherently unsafe,and have a large leakage,which cannot meet the increasingly stringent safety and environmental protection requirements.This paper introduces the highly efficient new integrated fire retardant breathingvalve and emergency relief valve which are of reasonablestructure with intrinsic safety and good sealing performance.This can meet the most stringent current international anddomestic environmental protection standards. The highlyefficient new integrated fire retardant breathing valve andemergency relief valve have achieved good results in practicalapplication in tank farms. The application of them canreduce the VOCs emissions of the tank farms greatly andsave a lot of nitrogen blanketing gas.
