摘要
合成新型羧基功能化异戊二烯衍生物(COOH-4-BD),并制备一系列基于金属-羧酸根配位的新型可逆聚异戊二烯弹性体COOAl-4-PIP,COONa-4-PIP,COOZn-4-PIP和COOFe-4-PIP。结果表明,COOAl-4-PIP,COONa-4-PIP,COOZn-4-PIP和COOFe-4-PIP的力学性能均比COOH-4-PIP明显提高,Al-羧酸根配位的聚异戊二烯弹性体COOAl-4-PIP的力学性能和可回收性能最好。
A new carboxyl functionalized isoprene derivative(COOH-4-BD) was synthesized,and a series of new reversible polyisoprene elastomers including COOAl-4-PIP,COONa-4-PIP,COOZn-4-PIP and COOFe-4-PIP based on metal-carboxylate coordination were prepared. The results showed that the mechanical properties of COOAl-4-PIP,COONa-4-PIP,COOZn-4-PIP and COOFe-4-PIP were significantly improved compared with COOH-4-PIP. The polyisoprene elastomer with coordination of Alcarboxylic acid(COOAl-4-PIP) had the best mechanical properties and recoverability.
