HPLC法同时测定蓝桉果实中两种marocarpal型成分含量

摘要 目的:采用HPLC法建立同时测定蓝桉果实一口钟中两种marocarpal型成分marocarpal A和marocarpal B的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈∶水∶甲酸(66:34:1‰)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温为35℃;检测波长为280 nm;进样量10μL。结果:marocarpal A在0.1256~2.5120μg范围内,marocarpal B在0.1014~2.0280μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,marocarpal A的平均回收率为97.61%,RSD为1.94%(n=9),marocarpal B的平均回收率为100.40%,RSD为1.91%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属性强,重复性好、稳定、可控,可为蓝桉果实一口钟药材的质量评价与控制提供参考。 Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the content of two active components of marocarpal A and marocarpal B in the fruits of Eucalyptus globulus Yikouzhong by HPLC.Methods:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)chromatographic column,with acetonitrile:water:formic acid(66:34:1‰)as the mobile phase;flow rate 1.0 mL/min;column temperature 35℃;detection wave length 280 nm;injection volume 10μL was used.Results:Marocarpal A in the range of 0.1256-2.5120μg and marocarpal B in the range of 0.1014-2.0280μg were showed a good linear relationship.The average recovery rate of marocarpal A was 97.61%,the RSD was 1.94%(n=9),and the average recovery rate of marocarpal B is 100.40%,the RSD was 1.91%(n=9).Conclusion:This method is highly specific,reproducible,stable and controllable,and can provide a reference for the quality evaluation and control of thefruits of Eucalyptus globulus Yikouzhong medicinal materials.
