糖尿病溃疡创面辅助治疗的研究进展

Research progress on adjuvant treatment of diabetic ulcer wound surface

糖尿病溃疡是糖尿病的严重并发症,好发于足部,创面极易迁延不愈,大大提高患者截肢和死亡的风险。糖尿病溃疡的治疗包括对患者的基础管理、清创治疗及辅助治疗等,随着创面治疗技术的发展,近年来临床出现了许多新的辅助治疗方法,如新型敷料、生长因子、负压封闭引流技术、烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术、高压氧治疗等。该文就近年来应用于临床的糖尿病溃疡创面的辅助治疗的研究进展展开综述。

Diabetic ulcer is a serious complication of diabetes,common seen in the feet.The healing of the wound is often delayed,which greatly increases the risk of amputation and death.The treatments of diabetic ulcers include basic management,debridement treatment and adjuvant treatment.With the development of wound treatment technology,many new adjuvant treatment methods have emerged in recent years,such as new dressings,growth factors,vacuum sealing drainage technique,burn skin regeneration technique,hyperbaric oxygen therapy and the like.This article reviewed the research progress in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic ulcer wounds in recent years.
