摘要
目的:观察依托考昔片联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取86例膝关节骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组关节腔注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服依托考昔片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎调查量表(WOMAC)评分以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平和WOMAC各维度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依托考昔片联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性因子水平和WOMAC评分,效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate effects of Etoricoxib tablets combined with Sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:86 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium hyaluronate injection into the joint cavity,while the observation group was treated with Etoricoxib tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]levels,the Western Ontario and McMaster university osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,CRP and WOMAC in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Etoricoxib tablets combined with Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis patients can increase the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the WOMAC score.Moreover,it is superior to single Sodium hyaluronate.
