重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的效果

Effects of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel combined with compound seabuckthorm seed oil suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection

目的:观察重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的效果。方法:选取98例慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各49例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予复方沙棘籽油栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、HPV转阴率、HPV病毒载量和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.96%,明显高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6及12个月后,研究组HPV转阴率明显均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组HPV病毒载量均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:重组人干扰素α-2b联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者可以有效提高临床疗效与HPV转阴率,降低HPV病毒载量,且安全性高,效果优于单独使用重组人干扰素α-2b治疗。

Objective:To analyze effects of recombinant human interferonα-2 b gel combined with compound seabuckthorm seed oil suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection.Methods:98 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2 b gel,while the study group was treated with compound Seabuckthorm seed oil suppository on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical effects,the HPV negative conversion rate,the HPV viral load and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than 79.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3,6 and 12 months after the treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the treatment,the HPV viral loads of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusions:Recombinant human interferonα-2 b combined with compound Seabuckthorm seed oil suppository can effectively improve the clinical effects and the HPV negative conversion rate in the patients with chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection and reduce the HPV viral load with high safety.Moreover,it is superior to single recombinant human interferonα-2 b 。
