摘要
COVID-19是由SARS-CoV-2引起的传染性疾病,目前造成了全世界范围内的大流行。COVID-19与白细胞介素(IL)的关系十分密切,有研究表明,IL-6和IL-1可能是引起细胞因子风暴的关键细胞因子,而IL-2、IL-4、IL-10可能只在部分患者中过表达。了解IL对COVID-19人群的免疫机制,对后续的预防及治疗都会有重要作用。随着对SARS-CoV-2的深入研究,白细胞介素受体的靶向治疗在COVID-19中的效果越来越显著。本文综述了IL对COVID-19的生物学意义,归纳了其研究进展。
COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease)is a sudden and pandemic infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2.The relationship between COVID-19 and interleukin(IL)is very close.Some studies have shown that IL-6 and IL-1 may be the key cytokines causing cytokine storm,while IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 may only be highly expressed in some patients.Understanding the immune mechanism of IL in COVID-19 population will be of great importance in subsequent prevention and treatment.With the in-depth study of novel corona virus(SARS-CoV-2),the effect of targeted therapy of interleukin receptor in COVID-19 is becoming more and more obvious.This review points out the biological significance of interleukin to COVID-19 and summarizes its research progress.
