婴幼儿不同部位动脉采血的对比研究

A comparative study of blood sampling from different arteries in infants

目的:比较婴幼儿不同部位采集动脉血气标本的临床效果。方法:对90例临床需采集动脉血行血气分析的婴幼儿随机分为三组,每组各30例。A组:经桡动脉穿刺采血;B组:经肱动脉穿刺采血;C组:经股动脉穿刺采血。观察三组一次动脉穿刺成功例数、皮肤出现瘀青或血肿例数和家属满意度。结果:C组一次动脉穿刺成功率显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组皮肤和血管损伤的发生率显著高于A和C组(P<0.05),C组的家属满意度高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:经股动脉穿刺采取小儿动脉血成功率高,且皮肤和血管损伤发生率低,家属满意度高,临床效果好。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of blood gas samples collected from different parts of infants.Methods:Ninety infants who needed to collect blood gas samples were randomly divided into three groups:Group A:blood samples were collected through the radial artery;Group B:blood samples were collected through the brachial artery;Group C:blood samples were collected through the femoral artery,with 30 infants in each group.The number of successful cases of arterial puncture at the first time,the number of cases with skin bruise or hematoma and the satisfaction of family members were recorded.Results:The success rate of arterial puncture of the first time in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),the incidence of skin and vascular injury in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and C(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of family members in group C was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of sampling infant arterial blood gas samples through femoral artery is high,and with less complications,higher satisfaction of family members and superior clinical effect.
