2型糖尿病患者眼表改变的研究现状

Research progress of ocular surface change in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes

糖尿病可引起多种眼部并发症,除了常见的糖尿病性视网膜病变、糖尿病性白内障以外,长期高血糖状态还会使眼表结构发生改变,如睑板腺、泪腺、角膜、结膜等结构的改变,导致患者出现干眼症、糖尿病性角膜病变等,损害患者的视觉功能,降低其生活质量。眼科医师在对糖尿病患者进行常规眼部检查时,应注意眼表疾病的发生情况,并及时给予相应的治疗。本文将对糖尿病患者眼表微观结构的改变及糖尿病引起眼表疾病的治疗进行综述,以期对临床诊治工作有所启发。

Diabetes can cause a variety of ocular complications.In addition to the common diabetic retinopathy and diabetic cataract,long-term hyperglycemia can also change the structure of the ocular surface,such as the structure changes of meibomian gland,lacrimal gland,cornea,conjunctiva,etc.,leading to dry eye and diabetic keratopathy.It can damage the visual function of patients and reduce their quality of life.Ophthalmologists should pay attention to the occurrence of ocular surface diseases and give corresponding treatment in time when carrying out routine eye examination for diabetic patients.This article will review the changes of ocular surface microstructure in diabetic patients and the treatment of ocular surface diseases caused by diabetes,in order to inspire the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
