摘要
旅游景区服务质量越来越受到关注,提高景区服务质量对吸引游客、景区可持续发展具有重要意义。基于此,运用剧场理论从演员、观众、场所、表演四个构面对漓水人家景区服务进行分析。探讨演员、观众、场所、表演四个构面服务现状,并以此提出强化服务人员培训管理,科学分析和引导游客行为,优化场景环境,完善表演项目、加强游客与服务人员的互动四项对策。
Great importance has been attached to the service in the scenic areas,which aims to attract more tourists.Based on the Theatre Theory,the paper attempts to analyze the service in Li River Craftsman Village from four dimensions,namely,actors,audiences,scenario and performance.In addition,corresponding measures have been proposed in the paper to enhance the service,including intensifying the training for the service staff,analyzing and guiding the tourists’behavior,optimizing the scenario and enhancing the performance for more interaction between the tourists and the service staff.
