摘要
跟岗实习是现代学徒制人才培养的关键环节。广西农业职业技术学院室内设计专业在开展跟岗实习的实践中发现:跟岗实习管理过程中校、企、生三方思想认识上仍存在偏差;校企合作深度、广度不足;保障机制不够完善,缺少系统的管理体系;师资队伍建设需要加强;目标管理不明晰,激励不足等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出做好跟岗实习全过程思想教育,统一校、企、生三方思想认识;加强校外基地建设,建立长期稳定合作关系;建立问题协调解决机制,提高管理效率;加强师资队伍建设;实行目标管理、建立激励机制等对策。相关研究成果为推进高职现代学徒制下跟岗实习工作提供了借鉴。
The follow-up internship constitutes an important part for the talent cultivation in the modern apprenticeship.However,it has been revealed in the follow-up internship carried out by the specialty of architectural interior design in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational College that series of problems exist,including(1)the disparity in the ideological thinking among the college,the enterprises and the students;(2)the insufficiency of the cooperation between the enterprises and the college;(3)the lack of systematic management and the inefficient guarantee mechanism;(4)the ineffectiveness of teachers;(5)the indefinite management goals and the lack of incentive system.In light of the above-mentioned problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in an effort to offer guidance for the promotion of the follow-up internship.
