摘要
某驱动电动机的定子结构含有不锈钢(06Cr18Ni11Ti)和软磁合金(G1J50M)等难磨削材料,且定子内孔中间部位为断续表面,给定子内孔的磨削加工造成极大困难。针对难磨削材料断续内孔表面的磨削加工难题,开展了深入的磨削工艺分析和试验研究。首先根据难磨削材料的特征对磨削砂轮的材料进行选型,其次通过反复加工实践来确定合适的砂轮转速、工件线速度、纵向进给力、磨削深度、磨削冷却液等磨削参数。研究结果表明,选用CBN砂轮能有效避免断续内孔表面对砂轮的旋切,实现稳定磨削;选择合理的磨削参数,可有效保证零件的加工精度。生产实践证明,该加工工艺方法能有效解决难磨削材料断续内孔表面的磨削问题,可为难加工材料的磨削加工提供理论支持和参考。
The stator structure of a drive motor contained difficult-to-grind materials such as stainless steel(06Cr18Ni11Ti)and soft magnetic alloy(G1J50M),and the middle part of the inner hole of the stator was an intermittent surface,which caused great difficulties in the grinding of the inner hole of the stator.It was carried out that in-depth grinding process analysis and experimental research to solve the grinding problems of intermittent inner holes surface of difficult-to-grind material.Firstly,the material of the grinding wheel was selected according to the characteristics of the difficult-to-grind material,and then the appropriate grinding parameters such as grinding wheel speed,workpiece linear velocity,longitudinal feed force,grinding depth,and grinding coolant were determined through repeated processing practices.The results showed that the adoption of CBN grinding wheel could effectively prevent the grinding wheel from being rotary cut by the intermittent inner holes surface,and thus the stable grinding could be achieved.Besides,it could effectively ensure the machining accuracy of the parts by choosing reasonable grinding parameters.Production practice showed that this processing method was able to effectively solve the grinding problems of the intermittent inner holes surface of difficult-to-grind materials,and the present study provided theoretical support and reference for the grinding of difficult-to-machine materials.
