分程高选(超驰)控制在加氢装置中的应用

摘要 主要概述了加氢装置常见反应系统压力自动化控制方案的缺陷,重点描述了北沥公司新建30万t/a环烷基馏分油加氢装置中反应系统压力与新氢压缩机无级调节系统采用高选分程(超驰)的控制方法,通过反应系统压力控制器、新氢罐压力控制器分别与新氢返回压控阀和新氢机无级调节(一级手操器)形成复杂控制回路,并分别在投用和切除新氢压缩机无极调节系统的不同工况下,实现反应系统压力和新氢罐压力的稳定控制,切实提高了北沥公司炼化装置自动化控制水平,推进了智能化工厂建设进程。 It was summarized that common defects of reaction system pressure automation control scheme in hydrogenation unit,and we focused on introducing the precise split range control strategy in reaction system pressure and fresh hydrogen compressor in 300 kt/a naphthenic base fraction hydrogenation unit of Panjin North Asphalt Stock Co.,Ltd..With the pressure controller of reaction system and fresh hydrogen vessel pressure controller we integrated with fresh hydrogen returning pressure valve and stepless regulation(manual model in 1st-stage of hydrogen compressor)into complex control loop,and under the condition of using and removing fresh hydrogen compressor stepless regulation system,we realized stable control of reaction system pressure and fresh hydrogen vessel pressure.The application leaded to the improvement of automatic control level and a advancement of intelligent plant construction process.
