摘要
环氧树脂胶粘剂应用广泛,环氧树脂粘合剂在不同的条件下,在不同类型的基底上都有较强的粘合力。利用不同类型的纳米粒子独特的性能可制备出所需性能的粘合剂。但是,纳米增强环氧粘合剂各个方面,包括纳米颗粒的类型、形状和决定环氧胶粘剂与纳米粒子的相容性的功能团都应该考虑。综述了纳米颗粒提高环氧胶粘剂目标性能的研究进展,包括机械性能、断裂韧性、热稳定性等。
Epoxy resin adhesives are widely used.Epoxy resin adhesives have strong adhesion on different types of substrates under different conditions.The unique properties of different types of nanoparticles can be used to prepare adhesives with required properties.However,all aspects of nano-reinforced epoxy adhesives,including the type and shape of nanoparticles,and functional groups that determine the compatibility of epoxy adhesives with nanoparticles should be considered.This paper reviews the research progress of nanoparticles to improve the target properties of epoxy adhesives,including mechanical properties,fracture toughness,and thermal stability.
