摘要 文中设计的皮带输送机采用可拆卸式梳毛机构对毛刷进行清扫处理,便于清除毛刷中粘结的结垢,并且在复丝杆槽辊的作用下,可以使其在水平方向上做往复运动,并且梳毛钉的竖直设置与毛刷的水平设置刚好垂直交错,进而在刷辊与往复丝杆槽辊同向转动时,梳毛钉会对刷板上的毛刷进行来回清扫,可以扫除毛刷上的结垢,也能提高毛刷对传输皮带的清理效果,而且刷板和梳毛钉均采用快拆式设计,方便工作人员的拆装和更换,操作简捷。 The belt conveyor designed,in this paper uses a detachable combing mechanism to clean the brush,which is convenient to remove the fouling sticking in the brush,and can be reciprocated in the horizontal direction by the function of the multi-screw grooved roller.and the vertical setting of the combing nails and the horizontal setting of the brush are just vertically staggered,so that when the brush roller and the reciprocating screw groove roller rotate in the same direction,the combing nails will clean the brushes on the brush plate back and forth,which can be removed the fouling on the brush and improve the cleaning effect of the brush on the transmission belt,and the brush plate and the combing nails are designed with quick release,which is convenient for the staff to disassemble and replace,and the operation is simple and convenient.
