针对泥石流滑坡灾害进行易损性评估模型的构建与研究

Construction and Research of Vulnerability Assessment Model for Debris Flow and Landslide Disaster

易损性评估模型的概念来自于自然灾害研究领域,是各项灾害风险评估的重要组成部分,能够以人类社会体系作为承灾体进行评价。为防灾减灾任务提供评价依据,以投入产出理念将DAE模型与CD生产函数实际表现于易损性的评价结论中;从危险源密度与人地耦合系统两大角度入手,进一步对人口、经济、生态环境的易损性展开模型计算,从而得出相应评价值。文章根据易损性原理与函数关系,整合出易损性评估模型,结合实证案例对区域性泥石流滑坡灾害进行综合易损性评价。

The concept of vulnerability assessment model comes from the field of natural disaster research,which is an important part of disaster risk assessment.It can be evaluated with human social system as the disaster bearing body.In order to provide evaluation basis for disaster prevention and mitigation tasks,the DAE model and CD production function are actually expressed in the vulnerability evaluation conclusion based on the concept of inputoutput;the vulnerability development model of population,economy and ecological environment is further calculated from the two perspectives of hazard density and man land coupling system,so as to obtain the corresponding evaluation value.According to the vulnerability principle and the functional relationship,this paper integrates the vulnerability evaluation model and evaluates the comprehensive vulnerability of regional debris flow landslide disaster with empirical cases.
