摘要
基于真实机床运行信息和3D数字化机床模型实现加工过程的在线可视化监控是目前加工车间管控的新技术。3D在线切削仿真存在一些新困难:无法预知刀具轨迹、要求与真实加工基本同步执行。提出一种基于二叉空间分割单向Dexel模型的快速切削仿真算法,它基于工件的3D模型预处理生成二叉树存储结构的单向Dexel模型;利用刀具和工件重叠包围体在二叉树结构上确定可能干涉区域;在计算单向生成线与刀具几何体的交线,得到被切削工件。本文算法已经广泛用于加工车间监控、与真实机床结合的"真机虚工件"模式的AR切削培训等领域,应用表明该算法对于工件大小与形状具有良好的适应性,同时具有极高的计算效率,可以支持在线切削监控。
Online visual monitoring of machining process,based on real machine operation information and 3D digital machine tool model,is a new technology for workshop management and control.There are some new difficul-ties in 3D online cutting simulation:the tool path instructions may be difficult to acquire,and real process and simu-lation should be synchronized.In this paper,a binary spatial segmentation algorithm is proposed for fast cutting sim-ulation,which is based on unidirectional Dexel model.Firstly,the model of workpiece was pretreated to unidirection-al Dexel model with transforming original model;secondly,possible interference areas of workpiece and cutter were determinated by finding bounding box based on binary tree structure;then,the intersection line segment between workpiece's Dexel lines and cutter's geometric model wea computed to obtain workpiece's model after cutting.This al-gorithm has been widely used in the fields of workshop monitoring and AR cutting training combined with real ma-chine and virtual workpiece.These applications demonstrate that this algorithm is considerable effective and applica-ble to diverse size and shape of workpieces,and can support online cutting monitoring simulation.
