摘要
为研究循环冷却水系统中微生物污垢形成机理,以电厂循环冷却塔塔底黏泥中分离纯化出的致垢微生物黏液形成菌为实验菌种,综合考虑随机布朗运动和细菌趋化运动,利用实验方法测得黏液形成菌运移参数,分析了黏液形成菌群体运动特性,建立黏液形成菌运动的机理模型。模型可以描述细菌群体在水环境中的运移通量,可以估计细菌对营养物质的聚集趋势,为其它致垢细菌的运动特性提供了研究方案,为后续微生物污垢形成的实验研究奠定了基础。
In order to study the mechanism of microbial fouling formation in the circulating cooling water system,the microbial slime forming bacteria isolated and purified from the bottom of the power plant circulating cooling tower were used as experimental strains,considering random Brownian motion and bacterial chemotaxis,the migration pa-rameters of mucus-forming bacteria were measured by based on experimental methods,and the mechanism model of mucus-forming bacteria movement was established.The model can describe the migration flux of bacterial popula-tions in the water environment and estimate the tendency of bacteria to aggregate nutrients.
