摘要
针对采用传统PI控制算法的无刷直流电机调速系统存在超调量大、响应时间长、抗干扰性能差等问题,在模糊PI控制算法的基础上,引入变论域的思想,改进了传统模糊PI控制算法,给出一种变论域模糊PI控制算法,通过一种模糊推理型伸缩因子实现论域可变性,使得初始设置的模糊规则可以根据系统误差的变化实时做出调整,并将其应用到无刷直流电机矢量控制系统的速度环中。实验结果证明,基于变论域模糊PI控制的无刷直流电机矢量控制系统响应速度快、转矩脉动小、抗干扰能力强且具有较强的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of speed regulation system of brushless DC motor using traditional PI con-trol algorithm,such as large overshoot,long response time and poor anti-interference performance,this paper intro-duced the idea of variable universe based on fuzzy PI control algorithm,improved the traditional fuzzy PI control algo-rithm,presented a variable universe fuzzy PI control algorithm,realized the universe variability by scaling factor,and built up the initial set of model.Fuzzy rules can be adjusted in real time according to the variation of system error,and applied to the speed loop of vector control system of brushless DC motor.The experimental results show that the vector control system of BLDCM based on variable universe fuzzy PI control has fast response speed,small torque rip-ple,strong anti-interference ability and robustness.
