摘要 为研究循环冷却水中微生物迁移传质机理,在静态溶液体系中,综合考虑微生物扩散和随机布朗运动过程,建立微生物扩散传质模型,并模拟单个细菌粒子的运动轨迹。为验证模型的准确性,利用高倍光学显微镜,采集微生物在溶液中运动图像,通过图像处理,并跟踪单个细菌粒子,获取单体细菌的运动轨迹曲线。实验结果表明:模型模拟轨迹与实验检测曲线一致性较好,单个细菌粒子的运动遵从布朗运动,上述模型能够描述单个细菌当前位置与目标位置的关系,并可估计粒子运动方向及距离。 In order to study the mechanism of microbial migration and mass transfer,in a static solution system,considering the microbial diffusion and random Brownian motion process,a microbial diffusion mass transfer model was established,and the motion trajectory of a single bacterial particle was simulated.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,a high-power optical microscope was used to collect images of microorganisms moving in solution.Through the image processing and tracking of individual bacterial particles,the trajectory curve of the monomeric bacteria was obtained.Experimental results show that the model simulation trajectory is consistent with the experi-mental detection curve,the movement of individual bacterial particles follows Brownian motion,and the model can describe the relationship between the current position of a single bacterium and the target location and estimate the di-rection and distance of particle motion.
