摘要
分析了电子产品复杂支架的成形特点和工艺难点,进行了排样设计和多工位级进模结构设计。采用双侧对排的排样设计,变不对称冲压为对称冲压,提高了产品质量和生产效率;在中间载体上设计了工艺弯边,提高了料带的刚度;采用多个导正销定距、导正针精确定位的方式,保证级进模的精度;弯曲工位设置反侧压块,降低了弯曲侧冲力的影响;模具采用弹性卸料装置,设计了弹顶滑块机构;先冲孔后弯曲,先弯外边后弯内边,既保证了工件质量,又简化了模具结构。经生产实践证明,支架加工工艺合理,多工位级进模具结构紧凑,能够满足零件的尺寸精度和生产效率的要求。
The forming characteristics and process difficulties for the complex bracket of electronic product were analyzed,and the layout and structure of multi-station progressive die were designed.Then,the asymmetrical stamping was changed to symmetrical stamping by the layout design of bilateral alignment to improve the product quality and production efficiency,and the process bending edges were designed in the intermediate support to increase the rigidity of strip.Furthermore,the accuracy of progressive die was ensured by fixing the distance with many guide pins and positioning accurately with guide needle,the influence of side stamping force during bending was decreased by equipping with the opposite side pressure block at the bending station,the elastic discharge device was adopted in the die,and the elastic ejection slide mechanism was designed.In addition,the process sequence of punching first and then bending was adopted,and in the bending process the outer edge was bent and then the inner edge was bent,which not only ensured the workpiece quality,but also simplified the die structure.The production results show that the processing technology of bracket is reasonable,and the structure of multi-station progressive die is compact,which meets the requirements of dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of parts.
