基于激光测距传感器的覆盖件轮廓检测 被引量:4

摘要 为了实时监测覆盖件的成形质量,发明了一种基于激光测距传感器的覆盖件轮廓检测方法。以发罩内板为研究对象,利用CAE软件对板材流入量进行分析,提出基于板料流入量的缺陷分析方法。为了精确地测量板材流入量,根据流入量分布规律沿冲压件轮廓布置8个激光测距传感器,检测不同位置激光测距传感器与成形后板材边缘的距离。通过激光测距传感器确定板材轮廓的8个特征点坐标,然后通过坐标平移、坐标旋转等坐标转换方法将样本点的测量数据转换至同一个坐标系。在得到统一坐标系的特征点之后,利用插值算法进行曲线拟合,可以快速生成覆盖件轮廓。最终,得到利用冲压件轮廓对成形质量进行判断的方法。 In order to monitor the forming quality of cover part in real time,the cover contour detection method based on laser ranging sensor was invented.For the engine hood inner panel,the inflow amount of sheet was analyzed by software CAE,and the defect analysis method based on the inflow amount of sheet was proposed.In order to measure the inflow amount of sheet accurately,according to the inflow distribution,eight laser ranging sensors were arranged along the contour of stamping part,and the distances between laser ranging sensors at different positions and the edge of forming sheet were detected respectively.Furthermore,the coordinates of the eight characteristic points along the sheet contour were determined by the laser ranging sensor,and then the measurement data of the sample points were converted to the same coordinate system by coordinate translation,coordinate rotation and other coordinate conversion methods.After the characteristic points in the unified coordinate system were obtained,the curve fitting was performed by the interpolation algorithm to quickly generate the cover contour.Finally,a method of judging the forming quality by the stamping part contour was obtained.
