基于无人机航测的煤矸石山治理BIM正向设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前煤矸石山治理设计中存在测图和设计效率低下,灭火防复燃的工艺表述不明等问题,应用无人机技术对某矿煤矸石山治理区进行了航测,获取了三维地形数据,将其导入BIM软件中进行正向设计,并制作了煤矸石山灭火防复燃工艺施工动画,用以指导施工。结果表明:采用无人机航测技术获取的三维地形可直接应用于BIM设计,代替了CAD地形图,测图效率提高了约60%;利用BIM软件进行正向协同设计,工程量计算更加准确,设计效率提高了约30%;根据BIM模型制作的灭火防复燃工艺动画,对现场施工起到了重要的指导作用。 At present,there are some problems in the design of coal gangue dump treatment,such as the low efficiency of mapping and design,and the unclear description of fire-extinguishing and reburning prevention technology.In view of this situa tion,UAV aerial survey is used for a coal gangue hill treatment area,to obtain three-dimensional terrain data,imports it in toBIM software for forward design,and makes the construction animation of coal gangue hill reburning prevention technology toguide the construction.The results show that:the three-dimensional terrain obtained by UAV aerial survey can be directly applied to BIM design,which can replace CAD topographic map,and increase the mapping efficiency by about 60%;the forwardc ollaborative design using BIM software makes the engineering calculation more accurate,and the design efficiency is improved by about 30%;the animation of fire-extinguishing and reburning prevention technology based on BIM model can guidethe field construction.
