摘要
为了解决转龙湾煤矿副斜井底板严重破裂及出水携砂的问题,在分析副斜井现状及潜在威胁的基础上,参考相关治理经验,设计采用"底板强化加固+壁后砂层注浆加固"的总体方案对副斜井进行治理。底板强化加固主要以12#矿用工字钢为主体结构;壁后注浆孔呈排状布置,主注水泥浆液,注浆过程严格控制压力,同时进行底板监测。副斜井治理完成后治理段已无任何出水现象,目前已安全通行了两个工作面的采煤装备,未出现返渗、底板破裂现象,治理效果较好。
In order to solve the problem of serious fracturing and sand-carrying water-inrush in the auxiliary inclined shaft of the Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine,based on the analysis of the current situation and potential threats of the auxiliary inclined shaft,andr eferring to the relevant treatment experience,the treatment scheme is designed using floor strengthening and the backfill sa ndlayer grouting.12#mine I beam is the major structure for the floor strengthening.And the grouting holes are arranged in arow,cem ent grout,the main grouting material,is grouted under strict pressure control and floor monitoring.After the treatme nt,there is no water-inrush in the treated section.And the coal mining equipment for two working faces has passed safely,with no water-inrush or floor fracturing.
